Find a game on your travel dates, then use the home club's official ticket seller. For football, check cheering sections; for basketball and volleyball, check the court and seat positions before preparing for entry and your journey back.
Start with games held on your travel dates
You can find games in the Seoul metropolitan area through the official schedules of K League for football, KBL for professional basketball and KOVO for volleyball. Once you find a game you like, check the home club's official ticket seller and actual stadium information. Women's basketball and other leagues require separate schedules from their respective organizers.
For football, check home and away cheering sections along with the gates
Home cheering sections, away cheering sections and general seating may have different rules. Read guidance on cheering items and clothing, and choose a seat according to whether you want to join the cheering or watch quietly. Follow the entry-gate and on-site safety guidance for that section too.
For basketball and volleyball, check your view of the whole court
A seat close to the court is not always the best for seeing the whole game. Use the seating chart to check court orientation, views obstructed by railings or equipment, and distance from the cheering squad. Even for an indoor game, you may be outside while walking from the station or waiting to enter.
Start by adding a nearby meal before or after the game
Planning is easier if you settle your ticket, entry time and actual stadium first, then add a nearby meal and sightseeing. Player events, autograph sessions and merchandise sales may vary by game, so look for notices for the day.
