Getting to the First Stop

Compare routes suited to your accommodation, such as traveling from Seoul Station on the Airport Railroad to Gyeyang Station and then Incheon Line 1 to Central Park Station. This is a separate journey from Incheon Station in the Open Port area.

   Songdo Central Park

   Choose a park entrance near the station and take a short walk along the waterway. Take a boat ride only if the actual operating conditions suit you.

   Use the map to choose the actual exit and park entrance from Central Park Station on Incheon Line 1.

   Tri-bowl

   See the exterior of the three bowl-shaped buildings, then optionally add an exhibition or performance if one is held on your visit date. Walking around the exterior and entering indoors are separate activities.

   Follow the paths through the park to Tri-bowl. Check where to cross the waterway and which walking paths are public.

   A Meal and Rest Near the Park

   Finish by sitting down for a meal or tea instead of walking farther along the waterfront. Decide whether to stay for the night views according to your companions' energy and transport home.

   Choose a restaurant in a location that makes it easy to return to Central Park Station.

Meals and Breaks

Plan water and mealtimes before walking in the park. Do not assume every bench will be free. If you need somewhere to sit for a long time, choose an open restaurant or café as your rest stop.

Rainy Days or Days When Walking Is Difficult

In light rain, shorten the outdoor walk and choose a Tri-bowl exhibition that is actually open. If there is no exhibition or it is closed that day, finish after an indoor break instead of rushing out of Songdo to escape the rain.

Preparing for the Journey Back

Look up transfers from Central Park Station to your accommodation first. If you plan to return after seeing the night views, allow for the walk from the park exit to the station too.

Booking, Stairs and Weather Checks

• Do not assume Tri-bowl's interior is always open or that it offers regular free performances.
• Check slopes, path surfaces, toilets and any need for elevators along the route you will actually take.
