Visit in This Order
- Changgyeonggung — Check the entrance you will actually use, such as Honghwamun Gate, and notices for the day.
- Marronnier Park — Finish with rest in Daehangno. Performances and a science center visit are not part of the default itinerary.

How Much Walking Is Involved in Each Section?
The times and distances below are map-route records checked in the source. Allow separate time for visits, queues and meals. Actual walking distance changes if your starting or finishing point changes.
Opening Hours and Bookings
Changgyeonggung's general hours are 09:00–21:00 (last admission 20:00), normally closed on Mondays. If Monday is a public holiday, it closes on the first following non-holiday. From 2026-11-10 to November 15, ordinary nighttime visits stop, with daytime last admission at 16:30 and closing at 17:30. Check notices for partial area restrictions and seasonal nighttime limits at the Grand Greenhouse.
General visits are separate from bookings for special nighttime events and guided programs. Night admission without a special-event ticket is not always guaranteed.
This suggests half a day for part of the palace and rest in Daehangno. Actual time varies with your visiting pace and queues.
