• Namsan Park — Check stairs, slopes and your route home. The circular bus and cable car have different boarding points and fares.
• N Seoul Tower — Make the outdoor viewpoints the default and choose the paid observatory after checking operations and tickets.

Opening Hours and Bookings

N Seoul Tower observatory: weekdays, 10:00–22:30; weekends and public holidays, 10:00–23:00; last admission 30 minutes before closing. Hours may change with weather or operations. Distinguish hours for the park, tower exterior, observatory and transport services.

The operator states that general observatory tickets can be bought on the day without advance booking. Restaurants and special products have separate conditions; cable car and bus travel are not automatically included in observatory tickets.

This suggests setting aside half a day including travel, queues and breaks. Actual time varies with your visiting pace and queues.
