Finding the Entrance to Olympic Hall
Compare the actual hall name on your ticket, such as Olympic Hall's main auditorium or Muse Live. Check seating and standing arrangements for your performance, and read the standing-admission number, assembly time and identification time separately.
If traveling directly from the airport, enter your airport terminal as the starting point and the venue's actual entry location as the destination. Plan Your First Journey from the Airport, and decide whether to leave your luggage at your accommodation first.
Preparing Tickets, Identification and Items to Bring
- Check the performance name, date, venue, hall and seating section in official ticketing and organizer announcements. Eligibility may differ for fan-club presales, general sales and overseas booking pages.
- Check whether you will collect your ticket on site or use a mobile ticket, and what is required, such as your original passport, the booking holder's name or the card used to buy it. Not every performance requires the same documents.
- Check gate opening, identification, standing-admission assembly and performance start times separately. Compare the Korean time specified in the official announcement with your device's time too.
- Follow the announcement for your performance on bag size, cameras, power banks, drinks, light sticks, photography and re-entry. Do not substitute an account of another artist's performance at the same venue for the rules.
- Check whether storage operates, the accepted bag sizes and the collection deadline. Do not assume a locker will be empty; also compare leaving large luggage at your accommodation.
- If you need wheelchair seating, a companion or an entry route that avoids stairs, ask the ticket seller and organizer before booking. A nearby station exit does not guarantee step-free access to the venue.
Arrange Meals and Storage before Entry
You can add a park walk and a light meal, but re-entry depends on the performance rules. Check the performance announcement for whether storage operates, bag-size restrictions and any storage drop-off deadline.
Find toilets, storage facilities and accessible entrances in the operator's map below and the announcement for your performance. Saving their locations does not guarantee the extent of operation on the performance date or remaining locker availability.
Getting Back to Your Accommodation after the Performance
Save in advance the route you will take back through the park to Olympic Park Station after the performance. If your accommodation is on another line, check the final connection using a route that includes transfers.
Enter your accommodation's exact address, rather than the venue, as your destination in a map app and look up the return route for your performance date. Include the walk from the venue exit to the station or stop and the final connection on any line you transfer to. One time, such as “the subway runs until midnight,” cannot determine the return journey from every venue.
If preparing a taxi as an alternative, save a booking app, payment method and your accommodation's Korean address in advance. Do not assume you can get a car immediately outside the venue; follow the official pickup and drop-off guidance. If you miss the last service, compare routes with actual nighttime operations, taxis and local accommodation.
