What Is This Place?
At Wolmi Park, you can explore the Korean Traditional Garden or walk the forest paths of Wolmisan Mountain. Choose your route depending on whether you want a mostly level garden walk or a longer walk uphill.
See ponds and houses together in the traditional garden
The Korean Traditional Garden has spaces modeled on palace, retreat and ordinary home gardens. Following names such as Buyongji and Yangjindang shows that Korean gardens take more than one form.
Read on-site explanations to avoid confusing recreated gardens with original buildings. A garden-only visit and a Wolmisan climb involve different amounts of walking, so separate them according to your group's fitness.
Choose your descent route if walking forest paths too
Toward Wolmisan, forests and sloping paths continue. If your seaside footwear is uncomfortable for walking, stay in the garden area or choose a short forest walk.
Do not assume outdoor park spaces and indoor facilities have the same hours. For exhibitions or cultural facilities, separately check their opening days in Wolmi Park information linked by Incheon Tour.
