Train

Compare KTX from Seoul Station to Busan Station with SRT from Suseo Station to Busan Station. The overall journey depends on which station is closer to your Seoul accommodation and whether you will stay near Busan Station or in Haeundae or Gwangalli. If choosing a conventional train, check its arrival station and journey time separately.

Express Bus

When looking for buses from Seoul to Busan, first check the location of the arrival terminal in Busan on the map. Railway stations and bus terminals are different hubs, so include onward transport in the comparison rather than deciding by bus fare alone.

Plane

You can look up flights from Gimpo Airport to Gimhae Airport. Include travel from Gimhae Airport to your accommodation and checked-baggage conditions when comparing with rail.

After Arriving in Busan

Arriving at Busan Station is different from arriving at Busan's beaches. Choose one first stop and search the map from your actual arrival hub. If staying by a beach, include transfers through the city center in your expected plan too.

Plan Your Return to Seoul Too

If you want to see the night views before returning, first calculate the time from your last stop in Busan back to the station or airport. If there is little time left after including both the outbound journey and sightseeing, splitting the trip with an overnight stay is an editorial suggestion.

1. Save the exact departure and arrival places and date from the booking screen. Check the Korean names too, to avoid selecting a different hub with a similar English name.
